Jeovanny has a deep understanding of how landscapes function and how trees contribute to healthy ecosystems. His work as an arborist in both natural settings and managed landscapes has shaped a practical perspective on long-term tree health and resilience. Living in rural Texas and spending time outdoors fishing and raising cattle has strengthened his appreciation for native landscapes and the role thriving trees play in the communities around them.

Vincent understands the region’s demanding conditions and how thoughtful tree selection helps landscapes succeed here. His work with trees in both natural environments and designed landscapes has shaped a practical approach to growing trees that can thrive in challenging climates. Time spent outdoors creating ecological landscapes and exploring natural environments continues to deepen his appreciation for trees and the systems they support.

Faron’s experience with trees comes from years of hands-on work in the field, where he’s been directly involved in planting and handling mature trees and making sure they’re set up to succeed from day one. With a background in forest ecology, he understands how soil, climate, and species-specific needs come together in real-world conditions. Time spent working outdoors and seeing how trees respond over the long term has shaped a practical, thoughtful approach to tree care, focused on doing things the right way so trees can establish well and continue to thrive in the landscapes around them.
Taylor “TK” Kiker
Operations Manager
TK’s experience with plants and landscapes comes from years of hands-on work across farms, nurseries, and restoration projects, where he’s been directly involved in growing and managing systems that support long-term health. His work has taken him from native seed production in Texas to working on farms and reforestation efforts in Central America, shaping a broad understanding of how different environments influence the way plants grow. With a background in forestry and regenerative agriculture, TK brings a thoughtful, grounded approach to his work, shaped by time spent outdoors and a focus on building landscapes that continue to grow and evolve over time.
Adam Salcedo
Seed & Propagation Specialist
Adam’s relationship with plants grew out of a personal commitment: a year of daily trail walks in San Marcos that turned into a self-guided study of economic botany. As Seed & Propagation Specialist, he guides trees through their earliest and most critical stages, from germination to field-ready stock, with a particular focus on root ball quality as the foundation of long-term tree health. He finds plants genuinely fascinating and takes real satisfaction in sharing space with them every day, an appreciation shaped by years of close observation and a belief that every stage of a tree’s life deserves careful attention.
