Pickup & Delivery

Orders can be picked up at the farm by appointment, or we can coordinate delivery to your site. We’ll work with you to schedule timing so everything is ready when you need it.

We coordinate pickup and delivery based on your timeline and site conditions. Our goal is simple: plants arrive in good condition and ready for install so your project keeps moving.

Delivery

Blue Jay Tree Farm delivers across Texas, from the Austin metro to Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, and beyond. We offer four delivery zones from our farm in Red Rock, TX, with flat-rate pricing per load. Not sure which zone you’re in? Check the map above or give us a call.

All deliveries are curbside. Please have your team and any necessary equipment ready when our driver arrives. Our driver is happy to help manually unload containers up to 15 gallons, anything larger will need to be handled by your crew.

Someone needs to be on-site to meet our driver and direct placement. If equipment or personnel aren’t ready when we arrive, we may not be able to complete the delivery.

Pickup

Prefer to handle your own transport? You’re welcome to pick up at the farm in Red Rock, TX. Just let us know when you place your order.

Returns & Order Changes

We stand behind the quality of our trees. If something doesn’t look right or doesn’t match your order, let us know at the time of delivery so we can review and address it.

Because every order is pulled and prepared specifically for you, including the removal of our custom containers before shipping, changes or cancellations need to happen at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery or pickup. Cancellations after that point will include a 25% restocking fee to recover preparation costs. We appreciate your understanding, and we’ll always do our best to work with you.
